Two important events took place this week. On Thursday musicians from The Hamble School joined with vocalists from Bursledon Junior School, Hamble Primary School and Netley Abbey Junior School for our first Collaborative Concert. The children (and staff from the schools and Hampshire Music Service) worked so hard to make this a fantastic event and a real showcase of musical talent. The event was a true celebration of music.

On Friday students and staff took part in our Remembrance Day commemorations. The History department delivered an assembly and the Art department produced a beautiful Poppy installation. Well done to all the students who took part in the Remembrance service.

Next week is WEEK 1.

On Friday, this change will be added to a total for each House with a competition to see how much each house has raised.

On Friday lunchtime we will have a host of different charity fundraising stalls with a chance to win sweets, fast passes and other prizes! If students want to take part, please make sure they bring in some money. Please be aware, students will be expected to wear full school uniform on Friday.
